We are seeking a passionate individual who loves kids and wants to help lift and accelerate the growth of Young Life at Boston Latin Academy. This person would be expected to build partnerships with local churches and to engage middle and high school students in Dorchester and Roxbury. The role involves recruiting and supporting volunteer leaders, and includes some fundraising responsibilities—with training and support provided. We welcome applicants of all genders and strongly encourage People of Color to apply. Candidates should be skilled in navigating cross-cultural environments, particularly if they do not share the racial or cultural backgrounds of the communities served. The position is set to begin in late August or early September but start time is negotiable.
