Kansas Mission Church (KMC) is a theologically conservative, evangelical, non-denominational church located in Overland Park, Kansas, a vibrant suburb near Kansas City that consistently ranks among the best places to live and raise a family in the United States according to many publications and organizations. KMC is dedicated to faithfully preaching the Word of God and nurturing believers in a spirit of humility and service. It is a Korean-American English Ministry (EM) that operates with its own governance, budget, and leadership team, partnering closely with the Korean-language Ministry (KM).

The church is seeking a Senior Pastor to lead and shepherd the English Ministry congregation in close partnership with the Elders, Deacons, and staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to serving the church with compassion, humility, and transparency, guiding the congregation in their spiritual growth. This individual should possess strong administrative and leadership skills while also fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
