Orchard Hill is looking for an Adult Ministry Pastor at our Wexford Campus who may develop into a potential future Campus Pastor. This person will direct marriage Study Groups and adult Seasonal Studies as well as lead our Chapel service. If you have experience in church ministry, a heart for discipleship, and strong communication skills, we would like to talk to you!

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee marriage Study Groups and adult Seasonal Studies.
• Provide spiritual guidance and pastoral care to adult attendees.
• Recruit, train, and lead volunteers and ministry teams.
• Collaborate with church staff and leadership to align adult ministry initiatives with the overall vision and mission of the church.
• Foster a welcoming environment that encourages spiritual growth and community building.
• Stay informed on best practices in adult ministry and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance programming.
• Develop and share the weekend message periodically in the Chapel.

Qualifications Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Passion for discipleship, biblical teaching, and community outreach.
• Strong Biblical knowledge and pastoral skills.
• Deep relationship with God.
• Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Ministry, or related field (Master’s preferred).
