KCCC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Children’s Pastor/Minister/Director to shepherd, lead and direct our children’s ministry. The candidate must have a heart for influencing and transforming children’s lives through the gospel of Christ. The candidate should be enthusiastic about working with children and possess a solid understanding of child development and age-appropriate ministry practices. A strong willingness and deep passion to build godly relationships with children and help them grow spiritually is essential. The Children’s Pastor/Minister/Director reports directly to the Sr. Pastor of KCCC.
