The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong, growing faith in Jesus Christ, a commitment to Reformed theology, and excellent communication and leadership skills. A passion for preaching, teaching, and pastoral care is essential.

Qualifications:

• Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent from an accredited seminary.
• Ordination or eligibility for ordination in a Reformed denomination.
• Proven experience in pastoral ministry and church leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
