Associate Pastor
Other Details
Huntersville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church (HARP) invites you to consider joining our vibrant, Christ-centered congregation as our new Associate Pastor. Nestled in the growing community of Huntersville, North Carolina, located just north of Charlotte and on the shoreline of beautiful Lake Norman, our church has faithfully served the Lord since 1875. We cherish our rich heritage while embracing the opportunities and challenges of ministry in a rapidly changing community and world.
We are a warm and welcoming congregation of nearly 200 members known for our warmth, active ministries for every stage of life, and a passion for outreach and missions. Our worship is reverent and traditional, and our preaching is expository and grounded in Scripture. We are a church that prizes both theological depth and relational ministry, and we seek an associate pastor who is equally at home in the pulpit and in the community—ready to teach, shepherd, and engage with the people God has brought through our doors.
We are seeking an associate pastor who walks closely with Christ, is grounded in the Gospel, and has a heart for engaging people across generations and backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and eager to both participate in our ongoing ministries and initiate new ones. You will work closely with our senior pastor, Nick Napier, our Session, and our support staff, all committed to fostering spiritual growth and community engagement.
Our church is deeply invested in outreach and missions—locally and globally—with about 15% of our annual budget dedicated to these efforts. We are thinking about the future, with a revitalized town center developing around us and new opportunities to serve our neighbors and share the love of Christ.
