We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to join our team and support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a Christian, nonprofit environment. This role offers opportunity to contribute to restoring marriages across the United States and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and DonorSnap.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Support the creation of financial and donor reports.
- Prepare necessary filings for state Charity Registration, B&O Taxes, PCI Certification, etc.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the organization’s Vision and Mission.
Professional Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles; at least two years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Proficiency in operating QuickBooks software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software.
