CCO Campus Ministry Staff are employees of the Coalition for Christian Outreach (CCO), not the schools, universities, and/or church partners they serve with.

This position will partner with Pittsburgh Area Law Student Ministry Board to serve students at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University.

CCO staff call college students to serve Jesus Christ with their entire lives. We do this by:

1. Sharing the Gospel with students and developing passionate disciples of Jesus Christ.
2.  Serving together with the church and inviting students into the lives of local congregations.
3. Giving students a vision for serving Jesus Christ in their studies, jobs, communities and families.

At the core of CCO ministry is the understanding that God works through the Church to fulfill His purposes in the world. This means the local church is the proper context for gathering, equipping, and sending students into a life-long Kingdom mission. Our Partnership model promotes deep collaboration between the CCO and the local church community through the Pittsburgh Area Law Student Ministry Board where vision for ministry, ministry strategy, and ministry design are mutually shared.

CCO partnership positions use a shared funding model. Partnership institutions contribute a portion towards salary and total employment costs and CCO staff people are responsible to raise support for the remainder. This amount varies based on partnership and salary needs.
