Crossway Christian Church is a non-denominational, multi-site church in Southern New Hampshire, with campuses in Nashua and Milford. Their mission is to practice the way of Jesus together by pursuing God, building community, and unleashing compassion.

Crossway Community Church is seeking a Milford Campus Pastor to serve as the primary leader, communicator, and shepherd for our Milford Campus. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about spiritual formation, community engagement, and cultivating a vibrant church community.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Campus Leadership: Serve as the primary face, voice, and preacher for the campus, especially on Sundays.
• Spiritual Formation: Develop and implement strategies that encourage spiritual growth and discipleship within the campus community.
• Community Engagement: Lead initiatives to connect with and serve the local community while fostering relationships within the church.
• Leadership Development: Recruit, mentor, and oversee a team of leaders for small groups and ministry initiatives.
• Assimilation: Oversee processes to welcome and integrate newcomers, including first impressions, classes, and events.
• Worship Oversight: Ensure high-quality, consistent worship experiences in collaboration with the Worship Director.
• Pastoral Care: Provide care and follow-up to the campus community as needed.
• Campus Growth: Strategize and implement initiatives to encourage attendance, engagement, and overall campus expansion.

What We’re Looking For:

• Alignment with Crossway’s Central Beliefs, vision for spiritual formation, and staff values: humble, hungry, healthy, and humorous.
• Proven leadership experience in ministry or a related field.
• Strong communication and preaching abilities.
• A heart for discipleship, community outreach, and pastoral care.
• Holds a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Christian Ministry or a related field.

Position Details:

• Status: Full-Time Salaried, 40 hrs/week
• Benefits: Dental, 403(b)(9) matching retirement plan (up to 3%)
• Reports To: Senior Pastor
• Adjacent Reports: Worship Director, KidsWay Director
• Performance Reviews: Initial six-month review, followed by annual reviews.
