Are you passionate about helping children and families grow in faith? Do you love the idea of partnering with parents and volunteers to nurture young hearts and minds in Christ? NYCAC is seeking a Children’s and Family Minister to join our pastoral team!

We’re a multi-generational, family-focused Chinese Heritage church that welcomes people from all backgrounds. While many of us commute in, our community is tight-knit, warm, and supportive. We value strong Bible teaching, gospel-centered living, and a deep commitment to missions and outreach.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and grow our ministry for families with children up to 5th grade.
• Equip parents and volunteers to disciple the next generation.
• Create welcoming and spiritually rich environments where kids can thrive.
• Foster spiritual disciplines and family worship both at church and in the home.
• Collaborate closely with pastoral staff and lay leaders.

• A humble, spiritually mature leader who loves working with children and families.
• Someone who listens well, leads gently, and is ready to serve hands-on.
• A team player who values Scripture, discipleship, and gospel-centered ministry.
• Passion for intergenerational community and building up both parents and children.

Compensation is around $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience
