Charlotte Chinese Baptist Church (CCBC) is seeking a full-time pastor to shepherd our Chinese-speaking congregation in Charlotte, North Carolina. CCBC is a bilingual, multi-generational church with around 100 members. The Chinese Pastor will partner with the English Pastor and Board of Deacons to:
- Preach weekly in Mandarin.
- Administer Communion and Baptism.
- Teach Sunday School and support small group discipleship.
- Shepherd and counsel members.
- Equip leaders and foster spiritual growth.
- Lead outreach and mission initiatives.
- Collaborate with other churches and pastors for fellowship and prayer.
