Co-Lead Pastor (Teaching Emphasis) at Movement Christian Church.

At Movement Christian Church, we’re on a mission to help people find their way back to God. As a Co-Lead Pastor, you’ll help cast vision, develop leadership pipelines, and nurture a culture that cares for and invests in people. This role isn’t for the faint of heart. What We’re Looking For:

• An experienced team leader, with 10+ years of leadership experience (Master’s degree preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preaching & Teaching: You’ll preach 24-30 times a year, teaching in various group settings and helping guide the church in our vision to make, mobilize, and multiply disciples.
2. Leadership Development: You’ll invest in staff and emerging leaders through coaching, mentoring, and creating leadership pipelines that set people up for success.
3. Pastoral Care: You’ll provide care and support for our community through baptisms, weddings, funerals, premarital counseling, hospital visits, and ongoing mentorship.
4. Vision Casting: Collaborating with the co-lead and leadership team, you’ll help cast a clear vision for the church’s growth and ministry, all focused on our mission to help people move closer to Jesus and people.
5. Operations & Oversight: From helping maintain church facilities to overseeing staff and volunteer recruitment, you’ll ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
