Overview of Job Description:

The Director’s key role and purpose is to be a collaborative and creative leader who facilitates growth in discipleship for our children, youth, and young adults. This position will create new and build on existing programs and volunteers in developing, implementing and executing programs, and providing direction to staff and volunteers connected with children, youth and family ministries in accordance with Shiloh Reformed Church’s Mission Statement and Statement of Faith.  This position will directly oversee and develop the children’s ministry.  It will collaborate with leaders of the youth ministry to define and implement the strategy and curriculum of the program.  The position will also be responsible for developing and implementing the young adult ministry. This position delivers visibly with regular presence on Sundays, Wednesday evenings and for all children, youth, and young adult programs.
