• Experience with ministry to children.
• Technological proficiency to learn and operate Planning Center Scheduling Software
• Experience building teams and discipling team leaders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Program Development: Working alongside church leadership, choose and implement dynamic Sunday curriculum and engaging weekly activities that connect Bible stories with real-life experiences.
• Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our children.
• Event Planning: Organize special events like family picnics, movie nights, and service projects that build community and create lasting memories.
• Parent Engagement: Establish strong relationships with parents, providing resources and opportunities for their involvement in their children’s faith journey.
• Budget and Administration: Manage the children\’s ministry budget and handle administrative tasks effectively.
• Attend weekly staff and Prayer meetings
