We are on the lookout for someone whose heart aligns with our mission to join our team as the Director of Client Services. This role, though not new, remains as vital as ever as we seek to serve women and families affected by unexpected pregnancies.

Our dream candidate is a compassionate, committed Christian who possesses a current state license that allows the provision of counseling services. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing services and resources for clients as well as providing the initial intake and assessment for each appointment. Working in tandem with a nurse, this position assists clients in the decision-making process by identifying their strengths and needs and responding accordingly with education, resources, and practical support, including providing mental health counseling as needed. In addition to direct client care, this person will oversee all non-medical client services and programs, routinely assessing client care and developing new programs as needed. Potential candidates must also display positive working relationships with community agencies, churches, and businesses and represent the organization at necessary events and meetings.
