Good Neighbors Home Repair (GN) is ready to hire our next senior-level leader, the Engagement Director.

Primary roles:

• Ambassador to DE churches for the purpose of building a “helps ministry” involving critical home repairs.
  • Offering the CREW (Churches Repairing Engaging and Witnessing) team approach.
  • Arranging group projects for adults and older students throughout the year.
  • Supporting Youth Missions weeks (3-5 days) in the summer.
• Ambassador to businesses, clubs and other organizations who want to do community service.
• Representing GN at EMF, Chambers of Commerce, and any other gathering in DE.
• Going on-site to meet our clients and to encourage our volunteer teams.
• Meeting with key supporters (individuals and groups) to provide updates and encouragement in generosity.
• Leading in developing a full-orbed approach to marketing and public relations.

Qualifications:

• Mature and strong Christ follower with demonstrated leadership within and/or outside the church – preferably in DE.
• Member of an evangelical church in the greater NCC area.
• Bachelors degree in communications, ministry, business, counseling.

Other:

• Reporting to Advancement Director with guidance from Executive Director.
• Could advance to Advancement Director or Chief Operating Officer.
• Salary range: $65,000-$75,000.
