Job Description:
- Oversee the ministry of the English Congregation and direct leaders of the youth ministry
- Work with the Church Board (elders, deacons, and Chinese congregation pastor) in directing the overall vision for the English Congregation
- Shepherd, disciple, and train existing coworkers and new coming coworkers
- Preach or organize guest preachers on Sundays
- Be a member of the Church Board
