Kilcona Park Alliance Church
Kilcona Park Alliance Church (Kilcona) is a predominantly middle-class congregation of approximately 300+ people located on the northeast edge of the city. We have had two lead pastors over our 47-year history. Kilcona has a mix of urban and rural residents that is increasingly multicultural. We are a family-oriented and multi-generational church. We have strong children and youth ministries, with an emphasis on music and developing young musicians. We are also enthusiastic about bringing refugees to Manitoba and support them in getting established in our community. We strive to be a community seeking to draw people to Christ through personal relationship with God, strong relationships with each other, making God known to those we have relationships with, and engaging in missions around the globe. Kilcona is looking for a new Lead Pastor after our previous Lead Pastor retired after 19 years of service. The church is currently staffed by a full-time Interim Transitional Coach and a Youth and Young Adults Pastor, as well as part-time Worship, Community, and Children’s Pastors, and an Office Assistant.
