Meet Crossroads Church:
Crossroads Church has served the communities of South Des Moines, Carlisle, and Norwalk since 2003, emerging from a vision to reach the unchurched and connect them with God’s love. Initially founded as Calvary Reformed Church in the 1960s, logistical challenges led to its relocation near Norwalk, where it became a mobile ministry before building a permanent facility in 2007. Crossroads is committed to community outreach, offering worship services, a preschool, and a free medical clinic, all centered on their mission to seek God, share lives, and serve the community. Despite challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, the church remains dedicated to its mission under the leadership of Interim Pastor Tom VandeBerg.
