Global City Mission is seeking Mission Catalysts to serve in cross-cultural evangelism, starting discovery groups, and planting simple churches in globally diverse metro areas. Global City Mission has team members in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, & Phoenix, and we are open to discerning new urban regions.

This is a missionary position, so full-time capacity requires support raising. (Global City Mission team members may be full-time, part-time, and/or bivocational).

Global City Mission is working to see disciple-making initiatives in strategic global cities around the world starting in North America. In order to effectively advance disciple-making in urban settings, we focus on these three areas of ministry:

• Evangelism & church planting in global cities.
• Coaching local believers to reach their communities.
• Providing equipping & training for established churches.

Mission Catalysts are primarily focused on grassroots disciple-making among “the nations nextdoor” in a global metro area. This may include reaching out among international students, in ethnic enclaves, an unreached people group, a multiethnic urban neighborhood, or a similar focus area.  There is not a lot of extra administration, but rather the vast majority of work is reaching, serving, & developing people.
