Village Missions is seeking pastors with missionary hearts to serve rural communities in North America. Missionary-pastor is a full-time ministry role for men and their families if they are married. Housing and medical are provided, along with an adequate salary, supplemented with some ministry partner support.

Village Missionaries serve in small towns and rural areas where this is just one church faithfully teaching the Bible. We currently serve in 27 States.

The missionary pastor helps the church thrive spiritually and leads them to effectively share Christ with their community. Rural evangelism is a relational process of patiently building trust and credibility over time, leading to lasting spiritual impact.

Village Missions provides missionary care and coaching throughout the missionary’s ministry career. We host an annual encouragement and equipping conference for the whole missionary family.

Village Missions currently serves 180 country churches in the United States and another 35 with our sister ministry in Canada.
