First Church Congregational Boxford (Member of the CCCC) has an opening for 12 hours per week leading a small youth group. The person in this role will lead youth group Wednesday nights (10-15 teens, grades 6-12), plan weekly, monthly youth events, and be part an active member of our church community. 

Essential Functions

• Dedicated investment in the families of FCCB by educating and equipping parents in how to grow their children in the Lord in our modern culture.
• Provides spiritual leadership in choosing curriculum and developing catechesis for middle and senior high school students. 

• Works proactively to build a cohesive and consistent adult team who help with the youth group on Wednesday night meetings.

Pay and Benefits

• Room and Board in Parsonage Ministry House
• Part-Time Position – 12 hours per week
• While work hours will be set, there will be flexibility as to how those hours will be accrued (i.e. office hours, worship rehearsal, etc.)

A background check will be required as a condition of employment.
