The Pastor of Youth and Family Ministries at Grace Evangelical Free Church is responsible for the teaching and leading of the Youth Ministry, while also providing Pastoral oversight, leadership, and guidance for the Children’s and Family Ministries. This role will focus primarily on the day-to-day Pastoring and leading of the Youth Ministry, ensuring spiritual formation, discipleship, and active engagement of teens in their faith. Additionally, the Pastor will foster unity and cohesiveness across ministries serving children through youth, supporting family engagement and discipleship within the home.
