Overview
We are seeking a Senior Pastor who is spiritually mature with a strong and active personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. A Pastor who serves with humility and grace and possesses an ability to lead us towards fulfilling our mission of building a community that seeks to KNOW, LOVE and FOLLOW Jesus and to SHARE Him with others. We desire a leader who is a gifted preacher and teacher of the Word and that can work in close collaboration with our staff, Session and congregation to bring more followers to Jesus. Finally, a forward-looking Pastor that while respecting our history, will guide us onward towards a vibrant and flourishing future as a church body and within our surrounding community.

Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary preaching minister, planning and coordinating worship content, style, and schedule with staff and lay leaders.
- Leads the church staff – supervising, training, and encouraging them in their roles and spiritual growth.
- Moderates the Session and partners with them in governing the church. Acts as an ex-officio member of the Nominating, Finance, and HR Teams.
- Oversees the spiritual care and discipleship of the congregation, encouraging growth in Christ.
- Drives evangelism and outreach, partnering with the Associate Pastor of Outreach and In Reach to support our local and global mission efforts.
- Balances ministry, family life, and personal spiritual development.
- Provides overall administrative leadership in church ministries, programs, finances, and facilities, collaborating with the Session Teams and staff.
- Leads stewardship efforts, ensuring the responsible use of church resources in line with mission and values.
- Participates actively in the presbytery, ECO committees, and related organizations.
Position Requirements
- Master of Divinity or higher from an accredited seminary in the Reformed tradition.
- At least 5 years of ministry experience as a Senior Pastor or Associate Pastor with significant preaching responsibilities.
- Experience as the primary preaching minister preferred.
- Previous large staff managerial experience preferred.
- Aligns with and adheres to the Essential Tenets of ECO.
- Ordained or willing to be ordained in ECO.
Compensation
- Competitive salary.
