• Teaching: Biblical truths and discipleship training.
• Leadership: Visionary leadership, promoting unity among coworkers, and sharing the Gospel.
• Caring: A servant leader with a loving heart, visiting congregants, effective communication, and understanding cultural diversity.
• ⁠Mentoring and Coordination of the Coworkers.

Qualifications:

• Clear calling and guidance from God.
• Master of Theology, Divinity or higher theological degree.
• Preferably more than 2 years of pastoral experience after graduating from seminary training.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
