As a Senior pastor or Chinese pastor, you will be required to work with the Elder Board to lead the church ministry。 You will be enthusiastic in preaching and caring for the spiritual growth of congregation members. You will also delegate and encourage others to lead or serve. Preach in English occasionally is a plus.
M.Div. or PhD degree in Theology.
