Young Life Boston is looking for a woman who loves the Gospel and has a heart for ministry—whether she is already pursuing a call to ministry or exploring that path. While being a mother is not required, lived experience in motherhood may be beneficial for this role. This person will coordinate monthly clubs and weekly Bible studies, build relationships with young moms, promote programming in the community, and help recruit and train mentors and childcare volunteers. This role includes some fundraising responsibilities—with training and support provided. We strongly encourage Women of Color to apply and are seeking someone who can engage effectively across diverse cultural and social contexts. Proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a plus. This position would begin on September 1 2025.
