The Long Term:

The right person may expect to grow into additional responsibilities as the ministry thrives. An applicant who aspires to be a pastor may grow into that role under the mentorship of the Lead Pastor. We have used Lead Them To Jesus: A Handbook for Youth Workers, by Mike McGarry as a foundational guide for our ministry.

We estimate that this position will take 10-15 hours per week. The salary will range from $13,000-17,000 per year based on abilities, training and experience.
