Position Summary

The Senior Pastor will serve as the primary preacher, spiritual shepherd, and leader of the congregation. We seek someone who demonstrates maturity in Christ, clarity in teaching, and a heart for pastoral care.

Qualifications

• Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent from an accredited seminary
• Alignment with historic Reformed theology and a high view of biblical authority
• Demonstrated ability in expository, Christ‑centered preaching
• Strong pastoral presence, relational warmth, and integrity
• Commitment to traditional worship and congregational leadership

Primary Responsibilities

• Preach and lead worship services with theological depth and clarity
• Provide pastoral care, including visitation, counseling, and prayer
• Equip the congregation for discipleship, mission, and service
• Lead and collaborate with staff, elders, and ministry teams
• Engage the local community with humility and Gospel conviction

Compensation

We offer a total compensation range of $80,000 – $110,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications. This includes salary, housing allowance, benefits, and professional expenses.
