About the Role
Events & Ministry Coordinators partner with Apartment Life to create thriving apartment communities through genuine hospitality, engaging events, and intentional relationships. This role provides an opportunity to demonstrate God’s unconditional love through everyday interactions while helping residents feel at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and host engaging community events.
• Build authentic relationships with residents and apartment staff.
• Welcome new residents and foster a sense of belonging.
• Provide encouragement, care, and practical support to community members.
• Create a positive, welcoming, and hospitable atmosphere.
• Represent Apartment Life with professionalism, integrity, and excellence.

Compensation & Benefits
