Our Associate Pastor of Worship & Connections will be part of our shepherding team and will participate in the duties of the pastoral staff, including preaching, counseling, officiating weddings and funerals, and serving as an elder. He will also lead and oversee the worship ministry, including planning services and recruiting. As head of the Connections Ministry, he will oversee the church’s connections strategy (helping people move from attending to belonging) and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere on Sunday mornings.
