Senior Pastor

Seeking an Associate Pastor to become the Senior Pastor of a non-denominational (formerly Baptist) church in a suburban northeastern part of New Jersey (Essex County) after a relatively short apprenticeship.

Average Current Worship Attendance = 130-180

Here are our hoped-for criteria:

• Possessing a shepherd’s heart and a desire to serve, we would like our next pastor to connect and work with a wide variety of age groups and possess the warmth and flexibility to empower others as leaders and as siblings in Christ.  Together we look forward to growing in faith, deepening our connections and continuing to be a beacon of hope and love in our community.

Qualification

• College degree and M.Div degree from accredited Seminary required
