Worship Leader

Worship Leader 
College Parkway Baptist Church, Arnold, is a growing, multigenerational congregation prayerfully seeking a Worship Leader to join our church family. We are a Christ-centered, Bible-based, and Spirit-filled church located in Arnold, Maryland.

We are seeking a committed follower of Jesus Christ who has a heart for worship and a passion for building a collaborative worship ministry. The ideal candidate will work closely with our pastoral staff and actively encourage participation from members of the congregation in the worship team.

Qualifications & Gifts:

• Strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a heart for worship.
• Musical proficiency on guitar or keyboard preferred.
• Ability to lead congregational worship and develop a worship team.
• Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
• Ability to play contemporary Christian worship songs as well as hymns.

This is a compensated, part-time position.
