Pastor of Discipleship and Family Ministries

​The Pastor of Discipleship and Family Ministries at Eastminster Presbyterian Church serves as a key leader in our church, working in partnership with the leadership team to build a culture of disciple-making and spiritual formation across all ages. This pastor will provide direct oversight of young adult, children, youth, and family ministries, serving as a developer of staff and volunteers while helping to align church-wide ministry toward gospel outreach. The Pastor of Discipleship and Family Ministries will have a heart for nurturing families in the faith and mobilizing the congregation for mission — equipping parents, engaging the East Wichita community, and ensuring the next generation is grounded in Christ and active in fulfilling the Great Commission.
