Assistant Pastor of Worship

This new full time position is being developed to organize and orchestrate volunteer worship elements each week as well as to engage the community in ways that invite new families to find their place and grow at Guinston.  This would include coordinating worship volunteers, engage the community to attract new families into the flock, and disciple present and new members of the church family.  Ministry is unpredictable and there will certainly be other unforeseen needs in the church including but not limited to weddings, funerals, hospital and home visits, counseling, etc.  These duties fall primarily on the current pastor, but there may be occasions when he is unavailable.  We are also willing to build on a strong applicant’s strengths.
