Youth and Family Pastor
We are seeking a biblically grounded, relational, and team-oriented Youth & Family Pastor to lead and disciple children, students, young adults, volunteers, and families.
Candidates should demonstrate
- strong teaching ability
- leadership
- communication
- organizational skills
- meet biblical qualifications for pastoral ministry
- preferably hold ministry training or experience in church leadership.
Responsibilities include
- overseeing youth and family ministries
- equipping volunteers
- teaching regularly
- fostering discipleship pathways
- partnering with parents to cultivate gospel-centered family ministry
