Position Summary
The Finance & Administration Pastor provides strategic leadership for the church’s operations, including finance, administration, human resources, facilities, and technology. Working closely with the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor, this role ensures operational excellence while supporting the church’s mission and ministry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee church finances, budgeting, procurement, and policy compliance.
• Lead information technology, including network infrastructure and ministry software.
• Manage church facilities and property.
• Oversee all human resources functions and staff support.
• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor to develop vision and strategy for Operations.
• Lead, develop, and support the Operations team.
• Recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams.
• Manage the Operations budget with faithful stewardship.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience identifying, developing, and leading teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
