Pastoral Intern / Assistant

Manna House is a gospel-centered, multicultural church plant in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. We gather every Sunday at 10AM and exist for the sojourner — the displaced, the searching, and the ones who have not found home yet.

We are looking for one person to join us in the work.

Our lead pastor is a connector and a visionary. What he needs beside him is someone wired differently — someone who notices the details, remembers the follow-up, and does not let a single person fall through the cracks. If you are the kind of person who naturally asks “what happens next?” and then makes sure it does, this role was built for you.

The role covers pastoral care and shepherding, Connect Group oversight, discipleship pipeline management, preaching once monthly, and administrative coordination. This position carries real pastoral responsibility from day one.
