The Local Multiplier will develop, collaborate and foster revitalizing initiatives for churches in need.
Typical Areas of Focus:

- Develop/Identify and use reproducible processes for working with pastors, leaders, and congregations, including an initial assessment and simple tools to track the effectiveness of revitalization efforts, always with a clear end goal of becoming healthy churches.

- Identify regional gaps in resources and tools, and respond as needed (e.g., revitalization cohorts, leadership and pastoral training, church and facility resources).
- Regularly evaluate fruitfulness (e.g., stories of transformation, partnerships formed, leaders equipped, ministries launched) and adjust strategy for greater long‑term impact.
