Solo Pastor
Hope Together, Grow in Faith, Go & Serve!
We seek a pastor with a deep and joyful faith, someone who loves sharing God’s Word in ways that help our congregation and community grow in hope, service, and spiritual maturity.
This is a hands‑on, heart‑forward role in a small church where every contribution matters. We’re looking for a self‑starter who brings encouragement, energy, and a willingness to step in wherever needed. The ideal pastor will be a motivator, a gentle change‑builder, and a thoughtful guide, able to set wise priorities for both today’s needs and tomorrow’s vision.
Strong, caring relationships are at the center of our ministry. We hope for a pastor who communicates clearly, listens well, and keeps staff, volunteers, and members moving together toward shared goals.

- Provide compassionate pastoral care by visiting members in homes, hospitals, and living centers; making follow‑up telephone calls to those on the prayer list; and responding promptly to congregational needs and emergencies so that the spiritual and emotional well‑being of the church family is consistently supported.
- Work with clerk to prepare Session agenda; moderate Session meetings and moderate meetings of the congregation.
- Work with office administrator to prepare weekly bulletin, weekly email blast and monthly newsletter.
- Attend Presbytery meetings.
