Next Generation Ministry Director

Position Overview

The Next Generation Director provides vision, leadership, and oversight for all ministries from birth through 12th grade. This leader will champion a cohesive discipleship pathway that helps children and students become whole disciples of Jesus while remaining connected to the life of the church as they enter adulthood.

The primary focus of this role is leading and growing our Student Ministry while providing leadership, coaching, and support to our Kids Ministry Director. Working alongside church leadership, the Next Generation Director will ensure every Next Generation ministry reflects PSCC’s mission, values, and philosophy of spiritual formation.

The ideal candidate is both a relational leader and a strong organizer—someone who loves investing in people while also building the systems, communication, and volunteer structures that allow ministry to flourish. This role requires both thoughtful leadership and consistent execution, from developing discipleship environments to managing calendars, budgets, events, and ministry operations.
