Lead Programs & Spiritual Experiences
Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association (OGCMA) is seeking a Christ-centered Program Director to lead worship, spiritual formation, educational, cultural, community, and recreational programming in a historic Christian seaside community.
Founded in 1869, OGCMA is a year-round Christian community rooted in the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition, with a mission to help all generations know and grow in Jesus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead mission-aligned, year-round programming
- Coordinate worship services, retreats, conferences, and spiritual formation programs
- Oversee children’s and youth programs
- Plan concerts, performing arts, and signature community events
- Lead and develop staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers
- Manage program budgets, vendors, schedules, and operations
- Collaborate with Communications, Finance, Operations, and Development teams
- Oversee guest experiences and recreational programs
Qualifications
- Committed follower of Christ who agrees with OGCMA’s Statement of Faith
- Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, nonprofit management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in ministry/nonprofit program planning and evaluation
- Proven staff and volunteer leadership experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Budget management experience
- Servant-hearted, collaborative leadership style
- MDiv or MTh preferred
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, year-round position with increased on-campus involvement during the summer season, including worship services, concerts, weekend programs, and major events.
Salary: $80,000–$115,000, based on experience
