Are you a Christ-centered leader with a passion for ministry, event planning, and serving people of all generations?
The Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association (OGCMA) is seeking a Program Director to provide strategic leadership for worship services, retreats, concerts, community events, recreation, and year-round ministry programming in one of America’s oldest Christian camp meeting communities.
Founded in 1869, OGCMA exists to help people know and grow in Jesus through worship, education, community, and recreation. This senior leadership role is ideal for someone who can honor the organization’s rich Christian heritage while leading staff, volunteers, and mission-driven programming with excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee year-round ministry and community programs
- Coordinate worship services, retreats, concerts, and special events
- Develop and support staff and volunteers
- Manage program budgets, planning, and partnerships
- Create welcoming, Christ-centered experiences for guests and the community
What We’re Looking For
- A growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Experience leading ministry, nonprofit, or community programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A servant-hearted leader who aligns with OGCMA’s mission and Statement of Faith
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000–$115,000 (based on experience)
