Pastoral Residency Opportunity

Springdell Baptist Church is seeking a Pastoral Resident (Pastor-in-Training) with a genuine calling to ministry and a desire to grow into a full-time pastoral role.

This unique opportunity allows a promising candidate to serve alongside our experienced interim pastor, receiving hands-on mentoring in preaching, teaching, pastoral care, church leadership, and community outreach.

We seek a man of strong Christian character, sound biblical convictions, a servant’s heart, and a willingness to learn. Previous senior pastoral experience is not required.

Our goal is to prepare and evaluate a candidate for the possibility of becoming Springdell’s next full-time pastor, subject to congregational approval.
