Overview
Liberty Church is seeking a dynamic and passionate Youth Ministry Director to lead and disciple the next generation. This role is pivotal in shaping the spiritual growth, character development, and community engagement of middle school and high school students within our church and the broader community. The ideal candidate will have a heart for ministry, a strong biblical foundation, and the ability to connect with young people in a relevant and impactful way.

Duties

• Leadership and Vision: Develop and implement youth programs that promote the churches overall mission and values.
• Teaching and Discipleship: Plan and deliver biblically sound and engaging messages during youth gatherings, fostering a deeper understanding of faith.
• Relational Ministry: Build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and volunteers, creating a supportive and welcoming environment for spiritual growth.
• Programs and Events: Organize weekly gatherings, and mission opportunities that inspire faith, fellowship, and service.
• Volunteer Development: Recruit, train, and equip a team of volunteers to support and sustain a thriving youth ministry.
• Community Engagement: Foster connections with local schools, community organizations, and other churches to expand the reach and impact of the youth ministry.

Qualifications:

• A strong and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Passion for working with youth and a clear calling to youth ministry.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Previous experience in youth ministry, teaching, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute programs and events effectively.
• A degree in theology, ministry, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Attend and be actively involved in the life of the church.
