Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Work Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week hybrid position, with a minimum of 4 days in person. Occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Compensation Range: $75,000 – $100,000/ year

Our staff of more than 40 professionally trained counselors and trainers journey with people to deeper healing and transformation.

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of Operations and HR is a mission-driven and forward thinking individual who is responsible for managing all critical operations of the organization including operational logistics, HR, IT, systems, and facilities. They are the primary leader in ensuring that the organization runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, in addition to promoting improvement for long-term growth and effectiveness.
