Manager of Community Groups

The Manager of Community Groups is responsible for overseeing the development, growth, and health of Community Groups within the organization. This role includes creating and implementing systems for leader recruitment, training, care, and ongoing support, with the goal of cultivating a strong culture of multiplication and discipleship. The Manager of Community Groups will also manage important ministry pathways for community groups, including leadership development events, lay leader-coaching, teaching opportunities, and broader efforts to foster deeper discipleship and community group engagement both in the church and in the city. Salary range: $63,750 – $70,000/yr.
